As entertaining as this thread is things aren't adding up. Who in their right mind would post in such a negative manner like you have while at the same time offloading? You're shooting yourself in the foot.
I'm not implying that you've got buy orders lined up either, it's just bizarre what you're doing.
If all your concerns are right about the company then wouldn't it make sense just to quietly exit and move on to another investment? Or is this a case of shorting the stock?
I'm assuming asset protection is your first priority rather than something more personal?
