The positive to look at is that, to convert 80,000 options (for $800), you don't have to do that right now. You have until end of 2014. So you get 200,000 fully paid shares + 80,000 allocations for $3000. In the future (anytime before end of 2014), let's say for example the OBJ climbs up to 10 cents a share, you can execute your 80,000 options by paying $800 and you get worht $8000 worth of shares. If the share price goes no where and takes a big dive, then you have nothing to loose...
