We don't have the second licence as yet.

The last we have heard about the second workplan was that it was about to go into clinical trials in Dec and now that it is "moving through" its "development pathway". This plan was in place way back in April and must be nearing completion.

So, no, I disagree that it is ready to go and they are holding it back. We already know it is an SK-II product but don't forget that whatever it is, it was chosen around a year ago.

I don't know how long these clinical trials and trial evaluations take but we must getting close to that licence.
