Thanks M22. Whilst your general comments are much appreciated they still don’t answer my specific question.
10 years is a long enough time to show some profits with some sort of consistency even if you look at avg 3 year profit instead of 1 year. It still doesn’t show any sense of arithmetic sense. Can anyone else give specific answers to this simple question.
