The comment was directed at REY and what seems like a deliberate stalling tactic in not recognising they have to pay their way for work done and especially so in applying for the variation in the EP487 work program that both OBL and REY have sought with the DMP. This is the word around Black Toms in West Perth. No wonder OBL says REY is not fit to be Operator as it appears REY is financially indecent.
