Assay turnaround times have blown out in recent times and so have the costs.
Last Nov I had a few samples tested for gold and 20 other minerals which is like a standard test called 20-EX. It took 3 days to get the results and cost $26 per sample.
I dropped some off yesterday and results should be available prior to Xmas and cost $50 per sample, though I could've fast tracked the process by paying a premium.
