I understand your frustration Mud, there is almost zero chance that they have not had some issues with ramp up.
The big question is, can they move past these and get close to their targets for the June Q. The march quarter is unlikely to see a lot of ounces.
OBM have been fairly open with their announcements, but it will be interesting to see if we get anything before the quarterly comes out. If we do, it will likely be positive, if not.... the Quarterly will be average, with, hopefully, an update for April showing that things have now gotten on track.

I reduced my holdings a few months ago, just as we were getting close to the plant being turned on. I got badly burned by GCY and their failed ramp up. So I have scars. OBM will only see a higher share price, if they actually start making money. The past still drags OBM down for now. Only operational success will change this.
