If I was a black guy in America, I'd be rioting too! The most recent shooting was just amazing. It was a traffic stop for a busted tail light. The victim did NOTHING wrong. He has a license to carry, a gun on his hip, and told the officer this, and told the officer he was reaching for his license.
The pact between citizens and the state, is that citizens obey the law and the law protects its citizens. When that breaks down, people will riot. I see very little difference between what is happening in USA (blacks rioting), and what will happen in Europe (natives Europeans will riot).
In both cases that State is not protecting its citizens.
