DGR have a high quality board but their Achilles heal for the last few years has been their small treasury.
The disposition of the 39 M OBS shares should realize 22-35M depending on the aggressiveness and numbers of bidders.
I think there will be at least 3 interested parties.
The cash in the bank will transform DGR as it did to GIR which was a 20 bagger when they got 50m plus on their bal sheet. GIR then went higher as it had room to move.
The money also gives them the capacity to top up AJQ which is insanely over sold.
