I dont know the capex Exergen requires, but below are Coldry capex figures. They are 2 years old, but ARUP has done alot of work since then. So the figures are probably still very similar or less.

• Module Output: 150,000 tonnes per annum

• Module Cost: A$18M first 4 Modules, and A$12.6M thereafter

Therefore initial Tincom 2 mill pa plant = $190 mill

20 mill pa plant = $1700 mill ( + inflation )

100 mill pa plant = $8500 mill ( + inflation )

The infrastructure is the difficult part it seems ( rail/port ).
