Hi, yes still on the observation deck.
What I see are salaries being addressed, so management have been listening to the shareholders, of course they are protecting their jobs but the vote on the financials at AGMS have passed so no pressure from majority of shareholders with the two strikes rule.
The Derby Block still remains a long and drawn out process and while they indicate talking to REY remains in the courts with further mediation hearings etc in last week (monitor on the District Court site of WA). The long drawn out court processes contribute to the uncertainty and hence the lack of liquidity in stock.
Are the assets worth fighting for to the extend of damage to the SP is the question here. Does management have an obligation to shareholders that needs to be demonstrated - YES.
Have I changed my recent sentiment from Hold to Buy on this - Yes.
