1. We operate under semi strong market efficiency. News like this is always factored in the SP to almost 100%
2. The news was not market sensitive anyway.
3. World recession issues still exist
4. Commodities are still weak as compared to days where FMG was 14$ (way over bought in my opinion)
5. Still a long way to go - legal battles etc
