I run everyday here on the local bike path and pass many walkers. When I run I can't help but spit constantly and my nose runs like you wouldn't believe, If I had Coivd, I would be a massive bio-hazard. When we had our massive two and half day lockdown in SA, we weren't allowed to go out and exercise.
