I note that selling is drying up, with volumes very low. The selling side is thinning out, so I suggest that all the weak holders have probably exited.
I am not in any way suggesting that an immediate rise is on the cards, however it is likely that on any positive news there will be fewer sellers to put a lid on any rise.
There will however still be strong resistance at about 17 where there volumes were very large.
