I am now convinced that a holder is accumulating stocks at current levels. There was a parcel of 1/2m yesterday at 9 picked up by a single buyer. The buyer has been active over recent days and maybe weeks.
Once the buyers holdings are over 5%, a notice will be required to be filed. Lets hope that it is someone of stature, or a fund manager.
Based on my estimate of the purchases it may take another 2 weeks to get to 5%.
