    my suspicion is that avb is negotiating SOMETHING sensitive as announced in their qtrly and the other party may want to keep sp down because it's relevant as to what they (the other party) may have to payout for whatever deal/reason that they are negotiating at this point in time.
    is this a fair comment posters ?
