Interesting situation being played out here:
450m Shares on issue
150m Shares with a buy order (on screen)
5m Shares with sell order (on screen)
Conclusions:
Buyers are willing to purchase 33% of the company from anyone willing to sell their shares for less than 0.29c.
Sellers are willing to part with 1% of the company if they can get 0.29c or more per share.
Assumptions:
The on-screen figures are reflective of the market sentiment.
Note: Numbers are approximate for simplicity's sake and the buy/sell stake is limited to what I can see with a basic etrade account (i.e. 10 rows)
Basically this reflects to me that the sharemarket is irrelevant in this case. All up to what gets agreed upon in the boardrooms now.
Even the worst case scenarion looks good to me.
