Firstly great post. I am also of this view.

Having been exposed to some of the industry financing deals around the country in energy, a proven CXY will have real sex appeal.

I have said in a previous post that there are some big finance players are already taking notice (and probably equity).

The question will only be the price of stepping up into the majors.

IMO, the ace in the hole is the water issue - CXY doesn't have it; CSM producers do. Won't be long before the advantage moves across the table - here's hoping the burn has already changed the playing field forever!!
