What a lot of people don't realise is the extent to which FBR is hampered by CAT in terms of communication. CAT is a massive company that moves incredibly slowly, and although there is no binding agreement FBR still needs to tread carefully with regard to what they publish and when they publish it.

It's infinitely more complicated than "We have a new video, lets spread it everywhere"...

And the truth is that FBR isn't so concerned with investor's opinions and their desire for an SP increase - they're more concerned with getting the HX finished and out building houses around the world. Which, at the end of the day, is much better for shareholders anyway.
