Nice one Hokey iv always thought you struck the important balance between optimism and reality. I wouldn’t stress about the detractors it’s easy to be a hero on an anonymous forum.Long way to go here I agree but we have come a long way too the caliber of the guys announced comming onboard last week is important I believe, these guys are not going to throw their hat in the ring if they are going to have to go back to the job centre in 6 months something tells me these newest members of the team have seen something with enough potential for this to be a success
