    That Bible passage is ridiculous in my opinion.
    I can think of a great many historical and contemptorary figures that are universially hated and dispised by most people for very good reasons.
    Suggesting that anyone that is hated or considered to be evil should take comfort by consider themselves to be blessed shows why the Bible is not a book to be quoted in order to support a point of view.

    Can as a forum can we please not quote Bible verses, and leave religion out of the discussions?
