Greetings all seems a bit of action of the market not a lot on it re the SP.
My observations & take on the current Situation.
Two very good appointments last week announced.
The ex CAT man is very well regarded and the opening of a US office in my view -combined with the Mexican MOU tells me they are eyeing of a listing at some point on the NYSE.
Also the name change could also be angling to set this up
Those two appointments changed the game a bit for me.
I have said for a long time social housing is where I see HX offering the most value .
Low cost social rapid build housing I’ve talked about this many times a life passion of mine is social housing
The UN is a target market for refugee camps disaster relief etc we have talked about this back in the sub 10 cent days many times
I still don’t think it’s future is mass builds of project home housing in Australia -it’s overseas in countries that need social housing where it will shine in my view -a long held one. The Pivacs are eyeing of global opportunity I doubt there main market is Australia.
I don’t think the SP will move much on the first builds and any media coverage will be short lived -robotics are go hum to most these days .
Ultimately this company will grow on revenues not hype its done that 15 times of the IPO currently 9 times a lot baked in here
I think we all know it will work or CAT would not still be in the frame
We have headwinds to dilution with a CR and the performance shares will add pressure to the market cap
All for a CR if it’s for the greater good I still think they will raise this year could be down to less than 10 million by year end we -will get some guidance in the FY
I suspect they have another rabbit to pull out of the hat around the FY -a good time to announce it and raise capital in my view all good .
The head count is getting up there we need some solid ANN on pathway to commercialisation-that could be another 6 months away
Now for the record some pretty ordinary stuff has been written about me I see -pathetic
Since I started posting on FBR I have always kept it real called it as I see it for a fair while -I was very disappointed by the handling of the CAT Extension MOU was no need for a TH. We lost cred with the market its showing in the SP and volumes are low
I do not down ramp stocks to gain pips -I don’t need to better things to do
I just try to temper some expectation that just is not going to happen in a hurry -there is NO up ramping by some here yeah right lol
I like to keep it real
I have not bought a single share in FBR for a fair while FACT
Yes I have sold plenty and taken good profit -so what err that's what this game us about PROFIT
Sold a few more last week
I still currently hold a small number of shares only 220000 now a pittance compared to some of you j understand your angst against anyone posting anything deemed negative
which I will gladly get back over a million units once j see concrete agreements in place -income stream pathways etc.
I decided last week to keep a small holding and see it out. I believe in the story but we need a couple of good chapters .
Will be plenty of chances to buy here long way to profitability years in my view
I have said all along the Pivacs have dome an incredible job I mean that it is incredible this invention
I have no malice against anyone here but some of the claims are getting way ahead of them selves .
No one calls out anyone posting ridiculous upramps do they funny that enjoy your day
I really hope FBR can address the worlds social housing issues -its heartbreaking travelling to countries seeing people live in squalor and bad conditions
We don't know how lucky we are here in Australia seriously we don't

Great write up , I think your right about HX addressing the world social housing , hence Mexico ,where better to take off and test drive , but in those areas . But HX is still on the radar of many large builders , and you with your contacts in the building trade know this . It’s also known Dr Hortons in USA are also interested , like many other large builders around the globe . There are huge savings to project builders in Australia and it’s also a good place as any to showcase .
