I recall. FBR did have an announcement a while back about employing a person to a Business Management role to be based in Dubai in a FBR owned office. That announcement was a couple of months after the KSA MOU was announced.

I wouldn't rely on the UN much. Their total budget is too small to include building houses with a HX.
Only 5.4 Billion over 2 years. Building Housing would be a small portion of that. Therefore once you take out the materials, and your left with an even smaller portion for buying HXs.

UN might enable opportunities, but I doubt they themselves will buy any HXs.
More likely Govts and large building companies.
