Just my observation and i probably might be wrong.
Hanlong Reps were present at the meeting and what i noticed was that when the voting for all the resolution was revealed there were lot of votes close to 450 mil against some resolution and my thinking is that the Hanlong guys voted against majority of them.
Clearly they are trying to send a message to the board and i hope board understands that.
