I was more disappointed in what had been reported back from Techknow regarding the cap raising, still going to be at 2 cents to be honest. I'd already heard hints of it being higher than that long before then.

The additional 50M clause that was in the NOM makes sense in otherways.

If you've got 2 or 3 institutions wanting to be involved going forward, 50M shares in total is hardly enough to wet there appetite. Nevermind get them seriously involved.

Personally I think they'll price the placing shares in the Prospectus itself ie the price will be revealed on 12th May, (could be wrong but that's what my gut tell's me).

I know 5 of those who've joined the 100,000 share plus ranks from 8th - 23rd March. I'm still in shock at there only being those 683 such accounts & 1582 different shareholding accounts in general. I honestly thought there would be 5,000+ accounts with the amount of trading that took place.

The gross profit margin is staggering, I was thinking 40% if we were lucky, double that is just ridiculous good. However once revenue is coming from lots of different angles we may well see that gross profit margin diminish considerably. It doesn't look like we'll carry much in the way of overhead costs whatever angle the revenue is coming from.

I'd say there crossing a lot of T's and dotting a lot of I's.
