1) Independent expert says deal isn't fair to SRM shareholders, i.e. not being paid enough. Why are we being asked to vote on an unfair deal?
2) RTG deal means SRM shareholders have to pay for the RTG African assets? Are the valuations for Nigeria and Zambia okay?
3) Galeo deals haven't been agreed? Why not, they have been in MoU stage for ages? A problem having a local partner in a 3rd world country not on side (like the RTG Nigeria deal)?
Too pessimistic?
