    Maybe CST Managment are not shouting about the NICE guidelines because they are not NICE guidelines.
    Read the original piece carefuly and you will see that this is a "position statement" from the Health Protection Agency in the UK. This is their Public Health organisation.
    I would guess that this has much less weight than full blown NICE guidelines which maybe why CST Management has not been publicising it.
    It still does not explain the price drop - anyone know what is causing this?
