Just checking the ASX Gross Short Sales Report this morning for last Friday. There were a staggering 1.153 Million shares shorted which may explain why there was such a large drop in the SP. The report is listed here:

It will be interesting to see if the shorts are adding to their positions when the Total Outstanding Shorts for last Friday is published by ASIC this Friday.
Is this still the Hedge Funds or is this a preditor knocking down the share price pending a low ball takeover offer as detailed in previous posts?
