It's an index. It does go up, it does go down, and it even does nothing sometimes. It also does this all day, every day, and is available for anyone to watch.
Why does it need a running commentary everytime it moves? Are you sugesting buy/sell on that basis? DO YOU HAVE A LICENCE TO OFFER FINANCIAL ADVICE?
