You cannot market a drug in the US without approval of the FDA. Fast Track designation means that the FDA will facilitate your trials by making the application process more efficient and advising what specific outcome measures they will look favourably upon, but you still have to do the trials. So there is no likelihood of marketing within a year as this trial was not sufficient.
