I think we will find out sooner rather than later if it is a scam.

The Auditors performing the annual audit will pick up on the likelihood Syntonic will not be able to meet their debt obligations and highlight the going concern issue again.

I would encourage shareholders to raise this concern with the auditors as they have the right to do so. The Auditor is supposed to be acting on behalf of shareholders. The Auditor may not respond however, they will add 'extra focus' if the issue is raised with them.
