I am a long term holder and if you read back any of my posts you would see that I have never posted anything negative about SYT, but unfortunately when they enter into the kind of arrangement that they have, with a company that was formed a couple of months prior to the deal being struck and with the terms that were excepted it does start too look a bit odd, as I said in my previous post they may well be confidant that the can furnish the debt, I hope they can, but in my opinion it seems at this time at least the odds may be against this being so.
