    So you are saying that it was "highly likely" SYT management entered into a loan arrangement without doing due diligence on how to repay and Obsidan agreed knowing that they would get little of their money back or are you now agreeing that SYT is a valuable asset?

    It is more "highly likely" that both parties have entered into an arrangement where they both benefit.
