The more I think about it, I think the announcement has been a gift horse for MND. It has given them the opportunity to pick up another few % of NFK at below 40. Given volumes historically, their buying would have pushed NFK well up over 50c if they did it during normal trading.

Will be interesting to see whether they took advantage of it.
