But the answer for TTC is simple...substantially more transparency, repatriate a small portion of the cash pile and institute a set dividend policy. I don't think this will happen anytime soon, so I just regard it as another bear trap to walk around.

Audited Financial are due out by 31 March 2018 these shuld shed a light on things. The auditor is BDO in Perth so it may even be worth making a few inquires with them. This is either the most under valued stock on the ASX or a scam.
