IPV6, re your point 2, yep and maybe that's why they have that clause that any dispute resolution under the MOU is to be decided and arbitrated in China under Chinese laws? (I do not know).
And you are right, in that to get a monolith company like Chinalco to commit (even under an MOU) to such an extensive MOU, is a big deal IMHO.
I can imagine the bureaucracy inside such a huge company.
IMHO, it speaks to the value and potential of the Makutu resource and potential.
