    1. Trading Halts are the business of ASX, not ASIC.
    2. In any case, stocks always continue to trade when a 249D has been requested.
    3. 50mln votes is great but 200mln shares have traded since this deal was speculated. My guess is these are mostly arb funds that will vote yes.
    4. You guys need a plan B.... you're not going to win unless you can offer shareholders something better than Mac can.
    5. It feels and reads like you guys are out of your league on this one.
