I can understand NSR wanting to TO Tam because of the CTP. They have serious intentions in that part of the world judging on the recent tenement package deal done with Northern Minerals.
I cant foresee a deal done with KCGM. Having a major as a JV partner would be a nightmare for NSR - look at how the two companies operate - chalk and cheese. NSR also specialise in UG mining, that's their bread and butter. Then there are all the closure liabilities associated with the Superpit. Paying $500M for 50% of KCGM? I don't think so.
