At last a realist ! Andante, those that think this will be rubber stamped by the Morrocan Govt on the 11th are kidding themselves. It is still some ways off by my estimations as I have previously posted and copped a hammering for. Secondly, $$ from Galp will not be forthcoming on the 11th that I know for sure.
Signing off on the deal if that is the purpose for the visit, may well provide some overdue support for them. I should expect this will be announced through the appropriate channels.
