    Just opened a rather average Cab Sav Shiraz...actually tastes O.K....surprising...bit like some stocks!

    I hope your Pinot is from NZ. Some of the stuff over there is superb.

    O.K so here's the deal....once we've made it the joint 'candlewot' winery beckons just outside Wanaka....

    Let's keep dreaming in the meantime....
