if you have dentist friends then help spread the word about the products. A few years ago I was in a stock and realized my multi-national employer would benefit from their services. I declared my conflict of interest, provided the opportunity for a quote and stepped out so they could do a unbiased assessment and my company went for them (was funny to see the name discussed on HotCopper)
I think as long term shareholders (partial company owners) we need to be advocates for the company.
