At this stage in the OCC share price cycle, + news merely facilitates 'sucker' rallies that are SOLD into (imo).
Consistent WEEKLY CLOSES below $1.18c. would bring the 5 year RESISTANCE level @ 63c., and BREAK OUT level, into play......the next MAJOR horizontal SUPPORT level.
