    well I for one read the above and am not sure still.
    so youre saying the company loses money by buying back the converted shares . the money they have lost is the prevailing share price difference to the option price.

    really ?...the company loses cash?

    but someone suggested a broker would lend money so exec could pay for options.
    exec has to pay broker back so sells some shares keeping excess shares
    or
    selling them all

    broker get commision.

    meanwhile the company share price....must be above 58 cts for those shares to get exercised....or not?
    as for shorts ...how did you get info so fast...thought there was a time lag before that came out???

    ( read some posts from 2021... been a long haul)
