correct me if I'm wrong.. the IP is still with the Co but should they be bought out thats their ( Bio.. ) safety net on the deal ... OCC still manufacture and hold the IP ... so they operate for profit for the whole 25 years...
re marketing it globally themselves... do you have any idea just what is involved with doing that ..?? how many staff.. supply chains, logistics etc etc etc are needed ... and how much they cost..?? all with a co with $12m in the bank ..??? seriously that would be fairy land for them to try that or someone think they could or should even try ... completely bonkers...
