Totally agree, occ develop products ready for market, we are not in the business of marketing. Like people who have land and decide instead of selling to a developer will do it themselves. They end up in a world of problems and lose a lot of money. Let developers develop and marketers market. They are professional industries with all the contracts and contacts. This was a steller deal and we're free to keep moving forward with our other products.
