You are correct jcurve, this was when Port Phillip Publishing first recommended Orthocell as the next big biotech, 1-10 million shares were day to day, up to 40 million on announcement days

Two big Capital Raises later, management fell off the side of the planet, we didn’t here from them for a good ten months, no announcements, no updates. Our share price as you could imagine crashed to 12 cents, Institutional investment had to sell out, retail picked up where institutional investment couldn’t hold. Orthocell as a company are still paying for failures all those years ago, our share price has suffered for years.

For a company, where retail hold close to 80% of all shares, the sun only shines for a few hours on announcement day before it’s quickly sold back down. Without big investment I’m not too sure management can break this curse of Rinse Repeat from the retail market.

Management have just signed its first real partnership, 25 year revenue stream, 34 million in the bank, a company worth of 75 million, it’s not hard to do the maths, in saying our company should be worth at least 150 million, but we are still cursed from our mismanagement all those years ago and retail holding such a large potion of shares.
