I wonder what pushed BH Ito a deal with OCC, leading to:

What was it on BH's radar that a wide awake operator saw?

1.Was it adoption of Striate+™ by key opinion leaders and resulting potential sales?
2. Was it adoption of Striate+™ by key opinion leaders and resulting actual sales?
3. Was it just sales?
4. Was BH using Over the Horizon radar?

Assuming management by exception, the catalyst for noticing the blip on the radar could be a dent in sales of substitutes. There may be a warning system just as ships have, and the officers on the bridge wait until it beeps before taking corrective action in order to check that the system is working properly.

Quite likely is 3 above together with JIT (just in time) or at least fairly late reaction - after all the problem might go away.

So IMO we may be very pleasantly surprised by Striate+™ sales.
