If the ASX is not your cup of tea, then why do hold OCC.
OCC has proven able to obtain regulatory approvals in the US and across multiple global regions. Something most Australian biotechs fail at.
OCC has proven able to close major distribution deals.
OCC's science is efficient, useful and innovative.
OCC's scientists are well published/world class.
OCC's SP is seriously undervalued.
OCC has no debt.
OCC has a large cash pile and future positive cash flow.
Why do I put up with OCC being on the ASX? Because I like being early, and eventually the company will have to delist from the ASX and relist in the US at a major valuation premium OR it will be bought up by a multinational at a major premium and will then likely be delisted entirely. One more FDA approval and global distribution deal, and the likelihood of a takeover increases exponentially.

Have you raised your concerns with management, I suggest you should try and give them a call.
I have been investing in/out of OCC for over 5 years, I have been in touch with management over the years, helped them connect with a BioHorizons KOL years ago and promoted the company and science in my industry.

I don't need to raise listing concerns with Paul or management, they would likely see that the company is underappreciated in Australia, that the SP is undervalued, because of the reasons I outlined previously (Australia is mentally ill for real estate/mining). They would likely agree that NASDAQ or a multinational takeover (J&J has been mentioned many times in the context of ATI) is the most likely future for the company if it keeps meeting its goals, not the ASX.
