If people are wondering why OCC got sold down this afternoon, probably the stock a few of you despise, MSB. Inevitably a few 'sophisticated' investors across the two stocks. Suspect someone buying into MSB at $0.85 discounted price in "private placement" (to $0.99 close) and needed capital.
