Ive watched occ trades over 7 years now and nothing makes any sense. I believe it is not accumulating as there are no big holders. A million shares pretty much gets you into top 20. Buying and selling kinda ruled out because such low volumes. Only thing i can think of is the sp is being managed with an eye to take over. I, as have others, have lifted the share price a few cents at times and it is immediately sold down. Great announcements usually cause a spike which is immediately sold down back or below starting price. Ive given up watching and now just concentrate on company progress which is happening every day slowly but surely. We aren't burning through cash like other companies in similar positions and soon should be turning a few dollars with all eyes on our bigger earning products getting closer to commercialisation. The future is bright.
